Bredonborough.
Rising c. 06.48. Not too cold in the house, but the arrival of Mr. Heat c. 09.10 was most welcome.
E-correspondence for The Writing Project, which is moving forwards gently.
A Sunday Times photographer is in the house, taking pix of the Minx to accompany her financial comments in an upcoming issue.

how this Frippery person takes all of these photos for his own objectives and objects to anyone else doing the same with or without his approval - I mean I have seen other in his photos - does this RFer ask these fellow participants for their permission to envolke their image - I guess what is good for the Fripp is not good for the Fripp fan - snap snap goes his shutter - complain, bash goes his dialog - is he not part of the time space - is he not missing on participating in the moment - ohh I forgot I am in control of my little slices of this time web. his photos are quite good - he should be a photographer since he has removed himself from the musical scence - at least Belew, Wetton and Hackett still beleive in themselves while the sidewinder sleeps - just sayin
Full marks to Mr. Rael7226 for drawing attention to the continuing hypocrisy of That Awful Man, the HRHVL May I encourage Mr. Rel7226 to develop his argument, by showing the moral and intentional equivalence between different kinds / categories of photos and photography? For example, between pix taken at performances of an artist, their identity clearly and unambiguously determined, doing what they do, who have requested no photography, and is the subject of the pic; and a street view which happens to have pedestrians in it?
Another Guestbook poster, at least partially, answers Mr. Rael7226’s question: does this RFer ask these fellow participants for their permission to envolke their image?...
… rael7226 photo question

In answer to your question of whether Mr. Fripp asks permission to take photos... I can’t speak for other occasions, but just to my own experience. I had thought the same question myself. When he played a Soundscapes show in my hometown, I go there very early. He came out into the dining/bar area and asked me if I minded him taking a picture of my Dad and myself to be posted. He took the photo, and it was posted in his diary entry from that day.
So, tt seems that sometimes the answer is yes. How might that affect Mr. Rael7226’s argument?
A second question for Mr. Rael7226: why is he pissed?

A local pal, a shopkeeper on the High Street, popped in for a neighbourly Happy Hour. Fab.
